Wait…what? This is where the Daily News is pointing their finger? To recap: Obama was not in office for Columbine. Obama was not in office for Virginia Tech. Obama does not have control over the Colorado state firearm laws that allowed the killer to legally purchase the weapons he used. I know that this paper is mainly bullshit, but this pisses me off. Try pointing the finger at the N.R.A. or Colorado lobbyists who successfully fought against stricter gun laws in the wake of the Columbine massacre. Try pointing it at politicians who do craft laws that make assault rifles more easily accessible — a position I’m not aware of Obama ever having taken. This is just fucking bullshit.
Oh this is fucking outrageous
And once something like this happens, the NRA brings out their spin doctors to lay blame where they want, ignoring the problem completely.
